This is an exciting new opportunity for a suitable experience Site Maintenance Manager who has knowledge working within a similar entertainment sector venue – such as concert venues and arenas, theatres and festival sites – you will provide leadership and expertise in the day-to-day maintenance operations of the ABBA Voyage site and its mechanical equipment and building fabric including HVAC, water and waste systems.

As the Technical & Procurement Assistant you are a highly organised individual able to support the Technical and Site Directors office in the long-term planning and day-to-day running for ABBA Voyage and the ABBA Arena in London.

You will contribute to the smooth and efficient running of a busy department, willing to learn about the equipment and infrastructure used on site and be a key player in supporting the preparation of annual operating budgets, procurement and tender processes, project management of capital investment projects, contract renewals and statutory compliance.

As the Site Director you will be responsible for all aspects of ABBA Voyage’s site services and operations for the ABBA Arena ensuring technical functions deliver a safe, efficient and world leading operation, driving, and maintaining outstanding site presentation.

You will provide effective leadership, guidance and oversight for the site operations and maintenance teams ensuring, with the Technical Director, all technical and site functions deliver world leading operation, welcoming over 20,000 visitors per week across 7 shows.

As the Automation Technician you will support the automation department, and wider technical teams, in ensuring all automated show elements are prepared and maintained in a safe and consistent manner, ensuring systems remain compliant with relevant statutory regulations and industry best practice. In addition, you will operate the automated show systems during performances, on rotation.

We are seeking a Travel Trade Manager to play a vital and integral role in the show’s London marketing campaign.

Working as part of a dynamic and multi-skilled team, they will support the aims of the Marketing and Communication Department utilising their specific skills, experience and passions to devise and deliver an integrated and detailed annual campaign to bring international audiences to ABBA Voyage.

Operating in a technically complex and fast-paced environment, this role requires excellent technical confidence as well as the ability to work and communicate calmly under pressure. Reporting to the Head of Automation, the Deputy Head of Automation will support the Head of Automation, and assist in guiding the automation team, running show tracks, daily and weekly inspections and safety checks, maintenance and pre-show set up, working with the technical, stage management and venue operations teams when required.

As the Head of Audio for ABBA Voyage you will lead the audio department in one of the most technically advanced and high-profile live productions in the world, contributing to keeping our concert always sounding as outstanding as possible. You will combine hands-on expertise in live audio and department-wide leadership responsibilities, ensuring flawless execution of audio. Working alongside the other departments, you will manage a team of skilled technicians, maintain the highest creative and technical standards and ensure great communication in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Each member of our audio team has a bias – Systems, FOH or Monitors, complementing each other’s skillsets and operating each position in rotation to ensure resilience.

Reporting to the Head of Audio, you will work with the band, live vocalists and all departments playing a key role in ensuring each performance runs smoothly and an overall upkeep of the audio show quality and related equipment. You will have excellent communication skills, technical confidence, and the ability to work and communicate calmly under pressure.
