We are seeking a dynamic and passionate ticketing professional to join the Sales and Ticketing team at ABBA Voyage London. The Assistant Ticketing Manager will be responsible for managing the relationship with our primary ticketing provider and ticket agents, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and effective communication. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining current and new API integrations as well as monitoring and reporting on ticket sales. The Group Sales Coordinator forms a vital part of the Sales and Ticketing Team, ensuring the smooth operation of all ticketing and sales processes. With a particular focus on supporting the Group Sales Assistant Manager to process group sales, this is a hands-on role that requires strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise.
This role forms part of the leadership team within the Visitor Operations department and will take the lead on all aspects of security for the Arena, as well as being a key advocate for Audience and staff Safety. Working alongside a peer the post holder will be responsible for the operational management of the Contracted Security Provider and the Arena’s Medical Services Contract Provider ensuring their provision is safe, compliant and effective and aligned with our licence conditions, risk profile and customer experience standards.
As one of the Assistant Box Office Managers, you will collaborate with the Box Office Manager as well as Marketing, Ticketing and Visitor Services teams to deliver an unrivalled visitor experience in our state-of-the-art Arena. With internationally acclaimed music at its core, ABBA Voyage attracts visitors from all around the world, and you will play a crucial role in running the show! You must have a commercial focus with the ability to maximise income from ticket inventory and encourage upselling of the merchandise and food & beverage offerings at the Arena.
This is a vital role in the Visitor Operations team, the Visitor Assistant team provide our customers with incredible service from the moment they arrive at the ABBA Arena through to their departure. Visitor Assistants will provide queue management, scanning and entry routines, cloakroom functions, auditorium navigation, show interaction and importantly emergency evacuation support.
