We are looking for a passionate, energetic content producer to create fresh, high-quality video and photography as content for ABBA Voyage’s social channels – Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Sitting in the Marketing team within the Commercial department, this role will create organic content that connects directly with and engages and excites our core audiences, helps us reach new audiences and fans, and captures the spirit and excitement of ABBA Voyage, its audiences and the unique journey of a trip to the ABBA Arena, which at last count over 4 million people have enjoyed!

This role will be hands-on, working regularly at the Arena in Stratford to find stories and content ideas, capturing organic moments and building relationships, get familiar with both the concert and our visitors.

We are seeking a Campaign Manager who is both commercially minded and a creative thinker to lead the planning, development and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across paid, owned and earned channels.

The Campaign Manager will oversee campaigns from concept through to execution and evaluation, ensuring activity aligns with brand objectives, engages target audiences and delivers measurable business results. This role requires a strong balance of strategic thinking, creativity and operational excellence. An agile and adaptable approach will be
key, with the ability to respond quickly to changing priorities, emerging opportunities and real-time campaign performance.

The successful candidate will be capable of generating compelling campaign ideas and translating them into impactful marketing activity. Working closely with internal stakeholders, the incumbent will manage external agencies and a campaign executive to ensure campaigns are delivered seamlessly and to a consistently high standard.

This is a vital role in the Visitor Operations team, the Visitor Assistant team provide our customers with incredible service from the moment they arrive at the ABBA Arena through to their departure. Visitor Assistants will provide queue management, scanning and entry routines, cloakroom functions, auditorium navigation, show interaction and importantly emergency evacuation support.

As Deputy Head of Visitor Operations, you will play a key leadership role in delivering a safe, seamless and memorable visitor experience at one of London’s most distinctive live entertainment venues. Sitting within the Visitor Operations leadership team, you will lead our customer service approach through the Customer Experience Managers and Visitor Operations Team Leaders, helping our teams deliver consistently exceptional service at every performance. 

You will bring experience from a theatre, music venue, visitor attraction, leisure, hospitality or other busy public-facing environment, alongside a genuine passion for audiences and team development. With up to 3,000 visitors attending each show, you will work closely with the Head of Visitor Operations to ensure every guest feels safe, welcomed and looked after, while every team member is supported to deliver an “opening night” experience every time.
