We are seeking a dynamic and passionate digital marketing professional to manage the ABBA Voyage digital platforms including the website and CRM system. The Digital platforms and CRM manager plays a vital role in driving sales and audience engagement. You’ll be the guardian of our digital user experience, ensuring it’s smooth, intuitive, and aligned with what our audiences need. This is a hands-on role with real impact. You’ll work closely with our B2B and B2C revenue directors, their teams and our agencies to make sure our digital platforms perform, convert, and evolve as our business grows. As we evolve, we need the right tools and you will play a key role in shaping those systems.

As the Business Operations and Procurement Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operations of company-wide procurement by managing and overseeing the procurement document repository and contract management system, whilst acting as a central pillar for coordinating Business Operations projects.

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to lead on marketing campaigns for onsite activations, partnerships, and secondary spend. This is a new role in the marketing team, focussed on ABBA Voyage’s status as a must-visit destination in London, increasing secondary spend from our visitors, and delivering partnerships that help us reach new audiences and generate buzz around the concert.

Reporting to the Show General Manager, you will be the key accountable operational person overseeing the work and wellbeing of the musicians and vocalists (the band) performing in ABBA Voyage, both employed and freelance. You will partner with the Production Stage Manager, Technical Director, Music Supervisor, Resident Artistic Director and show teams to ensure the smooth artistic operations to deliver the world leading-concert night after night. This role requires excellent communication, people leadership skills, technical understanding, and the ability to work under pressure.

As the Deputy Technical Director, you will support the Technical Director in leading all technical operations for a large-scale, world leading arena production. This position plays a key role in maintaining exceptionally high standards and ensuring show production quality and visitor experience are improved upon wherever possible. You will help ensure seamless day-to-day operations, supporting the coordination of multiple technical departments including automation, lighting, audio, video, backline, special effects and maintaining fall arrest/fall protection systems.

We are looking for someone who is collaborative, calm under pressure, and enjoys problem solving in a complex show environment. You’ll thrive here if you enjoy working as part of a technical team that’s as detailed and adaptable as a touring production.

As the Head of Financial Control, you will oversee the day-to-day running of the department, working closely with the Finance Director and Group CFO.

You will take ownership of the London show’s accounting and play a key role in reporting accurately to senior stakeholders across the business. This is a hands‑on role requiring strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

As the Finance Manager, you will be involved in the day-to-day running of the department, working closely with the Head of Financial Control and Finance Director.

You will take ownership of the London show’s accounting and play a key role in developing reporting and relationships with external partners. This is a hands‑on role requiring strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
