We are looking for an organised and proactive HR Administrator to join the ABBA Voyage team on a 9–12 month fixed-term contract. This role will support the day-to-day HR function across a fast-paced, people-focused environment, with a strong emphasis on coordinating Learning & Development activity and providing essential HR administrative support.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with around 18 months’ HR experience, ideally within a theatre, live entertainment or similar hourly workforce environment.

As the Head of Audio for ABBA Voyage you will lead the audio department in one of the most technically advanced and high-profile live productions in the world, contributing to keeping our concert always sounding as outstanding as possible. You will combine hands-on expertise in live audio and department-wide leadership responsibilities, ensuring flawless execution of audio. Working alongside the other departments, you will manage a team of skilled technicians, maintain the highest creative and technical standards and ensure great communication in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Each member of our audio team has a bias – Systems, FOH or Monitors, complementing each other’s skillsets and operating each position in rotation to ensure resilience.

We are looking for a passionate, energetic content producer to create fresh, high-quality video and photography as content for ABBA Voyage’s social channels – Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Sitting in the Marketing team within the Commercial department, this role will create organic content that connects directly with and engages and excites our core audiences, helps us reach new audiences and fans, and captures the spirit and excitement of ABBA Voyage, its audiences and the unique journey of a trip to the ABBA Arena, which at last count over 4 million people have enjoyed!

This role will be hands-on, working regularly at the Arena in Stratford to find stories and content ideas, capturing organic moments and building relationships, get familiar with both the concert and our visitors.

As the Assistant Accountant, you will be involved in the day-to-day running of the department, with a specific focus on our Accounts Receivable workflows. You will work closely with the Head of Financial Control and Management Accountant to ensure these workflows run smoothly. The role will focus on managing the sales financial transactions of the organisation, working closely with our Sales and Ticketing team to ensure there is efficient cross-collaboration and communication between the departments.
