As one of the Assistant Box Office Managers, you will collaborate with the Box Office Manager as well as Marketing, Ticketing and Visitor Services teams to deliver an unrivalled visitor experience in our state-of-the-art Arena. With internationally acclaimed music at its core, ABBA Voyage attracts visitors from all around the world, and you will play a crucial role in running the show! You must have a commercial focus with the ability to maximise income from ticket inventory and encourage upselling of the merchandise and food & beverage offerings at the Arena.

The Health and Safety Advisor will provide expert guidance and practical support to ensure ABBA Voyage operates safely, responsibly, and in line with current legislation and best practice at the ABBA Arena. The role will advise managers and teams on health and safety matters, conduct risk assessments, and support the implementation of safe systems of work. By coordinating incident reporting, delivering training, and carrying out inspections and audits, the postholder will help embed a positive safety culture across all areas of the Arena. Acting as a trusted advisor, the Health and Safety Advisor will work collaboratively with varied stakeholders including colleagues, partners and contractors to ensure risks are well managed and that the organisation remains compliant, resilient, and prepared for future challenges.
The Automation Technician will support the automation department, and wider technical teams, in ensuring all automated show elements are prepared and maintained in a safe and consistent manner, ensuring systems remain compliant with relevant statutory regulations and industry best practice. In addition, the Automation Technician will operate the automated show systems during performances, on rotation.
